Order Processing
All products are printed and prepared after an order is placed.

Because our products may be produced and fulfilled by different manufacturing partners or facilities, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update it. Once production begins or the package has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of returned packages.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

Damaged Items

Order Changes and Cancellations
Because products are made to order, order changes or cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
